Antailix S.r.l. respects your privacy. This page explains what happens to personal data when you visit this website or write to us. It is short because there is not much to explain: this site does not track visitors.

Antailix S.r.l. is the data controller for the personal data described below, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
What we collect
When you write to us. If you send an email or fill in a form on this site, we receive what you write: normally your name, your email address, the company you work for and the content of your message. You decide what to include.
When you simply browse. Our server keeps standard technical logs — IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build profiles and we do not connect them to any other data.
We use no analytics service, no advertising network and no social media tracking. Nothing you do on this site is measured or shared with third parties.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
| Answering your message or demo request | Article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract |
| Keeping the site available and secure | Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in operating our own website |
| Complying with obligations that follow from a contract | Article 6(1)(c) |
We never use your address for newsletters or commercial messages you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Messages and demo requests are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and, if it leads to a commercial relationship, for the period required by Italian tax and civil law. Server logs are kept for a short technical period and then overwritten. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted.
Who else sees it
Only the people at Antailix S.r.l. who need to answer you, and the suppliers who run our infrastructure: our hosting provider and our email provider. They act as data processors under Article 28 and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
Our providers operate within the European Economic Area. Where a transfer outside the EEA cannot be avoided, it takes place under the safeguards provided by Chapter V of the GDPR.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can also ask to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@antailix.it and say what you want: we will answer within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the authority of the country where you live.
Changes
If this site starts doing something new with personal data, this page changes before that happens, and the date at the top changes with it.
