Every interface and every event stream is authenticated and encrypted in transit. Management traffic uses current secure protocols, not community strings inherited from the 1990s.

One database schema per tenant, group-scoped read and write on every device and measurement. A user cannot see, let alone change, what their groups do not cover.

The licence has no annual renewal: it is bought once and runs twenty-four hours a day for as long as you operate the network, priced on monitored devices and concurrent users. An SLA agreement, a 24/7 call centre, a customer portal and on-site intervention come with it; the Evolutive Maintenance Program is available on top, for evolutionary updates and platform currency.
